Continental breakfasts with biscuits and gravy was large. Magnificent and comfy location very close to Marketplace.

The room exceeded all expectations, perfect with a view. Clean facilities there.

Quirky and fairly clean place with a nice lobby. Everything was great, though a few employees were very rude. I appreciated the room with hot tub, the bed was very comfy. The setting was stunning, near to Gatlinburg and restaurants and restraunts.

3-star hotel in Gatlinburg. A great selection of supplies in the room: multi-channel TV, a sitting area and a writing table. The venue was located near the trolley and downtown. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Gatlinburg.

The hotel was gorgeous and clean in general. I liked that the room was non-smoking with the fireplace and balconies, for instance. Central location was a plus. The venue itself was in a shopping area.

My experience at this top-notch hotel was luxurious. The location was gorgeous, the bed was incredible, and the staff was fine. Relaxing and magnificent rooms, no complains at all. I admired superior views from the window. Appreciated their free mineral drinks, served in the pool bar.

Affordable hotel, fairly clean, attentive staff. This accommodation was in the central location up to other places in the area. A cool bonus was nearby The Caramel Candy Co, that offered tea and coffee.

Really excellent rooms and a consistently good breakfast, vacation base for visiting Gatlinburg. Hotel was so clean. Bathroom was large and it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets for our convenience. The staff was superb. We truly enjoyed the amazing pool.

Brilliant base for a 4-night stay. We greatly enjoyed it, its rooms and staff. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Again, it was relatively near star cars museum.

river terrace restaurant, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. we were visiting to see mountain mall, which was 10-minute walk from the property.

Taste the food in Johnny Rockets, you only need to walk 700 feet to reach it. We had a balcony. We would love to come back, when we stay in Gatlinburg.
